What does the server price include?

Can I request a custom configuration?

Yes. We build custom servers with whatever hardware your project needs, including latest-generation NVIDIA graphics cards for AI or rendering. Tell us what you need and we'll prepare a fixed quote.

What if I run short on transfer?

Every dedicated server includes 50 TB of monthly transfer. If you need more, we offer extra transfer plans at just €3/TB/month, over the same 10 Gbps connection.

What happens if the hardware fails?

Your server sits in our room at the Digital Realty datacenter in Madrid, with on-site staff 24×7. If anything breaks, our engineers intervene physically and replace the affected component: you don't have to travel or manage anything.

Dedicated server or VPS? Which suits me?

A dedicated server makes sense when you need guaranteed maximum performance, lots of bandwidth or specific hardware. If your workload is variable or smaller, a pay-per-use VPS gives you dedicated resources without committing to a whole machine, and can be scaled up in seconds.
